Team and Umpire Nomination Forms 2027

Below are the links to the nomination forms for the 2027 season for SWHL competition.

Prior to submitting the Team nomination form, it is essential that the Umpire's Forms are completed AND Nomination Fee paid.

Team & Umpire Nomination Forms must be submitted by 16th November 2026. If the umpire nomination form is not completed and the umpire has not confirmed the nomination the team nomination will be invalid.
