The following is notification of the SWHL Annual General Meeting which is scheduled for Monday 23 November 7.30pm.

 

We have asked SOPA if we can hold the meeting face to face at Sydney Olympic Park. We're still waiting on a response but should know by the end of the week. If a face to face meeting is not possible then we will revert to our 2020 new norm of a Zoom video conference and circulate the link accordingly. If we are able to meet face to face we will obviously need to adhere to SOPA COVID-19 protocols.

 

With the AGM approaching, nominations for positions on the SWHL Committee are now being taken. Please send your nomination to the SWHL Secretary no later than Monday 16 November 2020.

 

Prior to the AGM I will circulate the 2020 Annual Report and the 2019 AGM Minutes.
