SWHL are currently experiencing some issues with match cards. Can you please send this information to your managers to ensure match cards are received in the correct manner:
· Players should be listed in shirt number order on each match card to assist with manual data entry by the Registrars.
· Cards need to be faxed to the Registrar by the end of the following business day. Cards are regularly being received as late as Friday following the relevant match which is unacceptable. If cards continue to be received late, clubs will be fined.
Clubs also need to be reminded it is against Sydney Olympic Park Authority (SOPA) rules to bring alcohol onto the premises and clubs being caught will jeopardise their place in the competition. SWHL have introduced codes of conduct for players, officials, umpires and spectators and these need to be adhered to.
